Our Story
I thought more pressure was the answer. I was wrong. What happened next became the reason I started Mint Washing.
Where It Started
A friend of mine needed his house, deck, and driveway washed. At the time, I thought what most people think: put enough pressure behind it and it'll come clean. So I tried.
And... pretty much nothing happened.

High Pressure
Instead of turning up the pressure and risking damage, I wanted to understand why it wasn't working. So I went home and started learning.

High Pressure

Right Method
I studied the different solutions used for different surfaces. When pressure helps, and when it can cause damage. Chemical ratios. Techniques. Plant protection. I took notes on everything I could, then tested what I'd learned on my own home.
Once I knew I could get results safely, I went back. This time, everything changed. The siding looked new again. The driveway came alive. The deck was freshened up without damaging it. But the part I remember most was seeing my friend's reaction.
That's what made me want to start Mint Washing.
Meet The Owner
Founder · Mint Washing
I'm a recent high school graduate building Mint Washing one home and one happy customer at a time.

Me and my siblings!
Before Mint, I worked in landscaping with G&D Landscape. I already loved seeing what good work could do to someone's property.
Pressure washing gave me something completely new to learn, and I wanted to prove to myself that I could learn it, apply it, and eventually make thousands of homeowners happy doing it.
Right now, I'm growing through word of mouth, knocking doors, handing out flyers, and doing the best job I possibly can for every person who gives me an opportunity.
Every job helps me improve my equipment, grow Mint, and serve the next homeowner even better.

The Mint Approach
That's why the Mint approach™ exists.
I look at the surface, existing damage, buildup, landscaping, and what actually needs to be removed before deciding how to clean it.
From there, I determine the cleaning solution, ratio, technique, and whether pressure should be used at all.
Before treating a surface, I test a small area first to make sure the approach is getting the result I want without causing damage.
Plants are watered before, during, and after solutions are applied. Pressure is carefully controlled around painted and delicate surfaces.
It's the same care I'd want someone to take around my own home.
If something needs a little more attention after I'm finished, let me know within 14 days and I'll come back and clean it up for free.
